CHRISTIAN ANGLERS BASS ASSOCIATION

TRITON  BOATS  - NORTH  TEXAS  MARINE

"An unbeatable combination"

The Triton Difference

I've known Mike and the fine folks at C.A.B.A.  for years, and heartily recommend their professionally run tournaments to any bass fisherman looking for Christ-centered fun on the great lakes of Texas.

Jay Yelas

C.A.B.A. began its non-profit tournament trail in February 1996. What a joy it has been to watch God work through this ministry outreach.  The C.A.B.A. Monthly team tournament format is to conduct tournaments from February through July. Each tournament will benefit a specific non-profit organization. Our weekly Monday, Tuesday and Thursday night team tournaments begin in March and run through July of each year with post season play into August.  Monday night events are held at the Dalrock public ramp on Ray Hubbard, Tuesday night events are out of the public ramp at the west end of the two mile bridge on Tawakoni and Thursday night events are held at the East Fork Park ramp on Lake Lavon. Beginning in September we also have our Fall/Winter Individual Trail

Having been a tournament angler for many years, I realize there are many individuals throughout the state who enjoy tournament bass fishing. C.A.B.A. offers them the opportunity to do just that, and at the same time, bless others.  In addition to our Monthly and Weekly team championship qualification divisions, C.A.B.A. also provides Open Team  tournaments which require no membership.  These allow anglers to compete for cash and prizes without championship qualification.

C.A.B.A.
Monthly, Weekly and Individual tournaments are open to anyone who would like to become a member in order to compete for team or individual championship  qualification and who would like to take part in helping C.A.B.A. bless others through our financial giving.

For team championship qualification in either our
Monthly or Weekly team divisions, each member of a team must be a member of C.A.B.A.. Each team will develop a point standing for possible qualification to compete in the C.A.B.A. team championship which is held in October at a lake announced August 1.  Membership is not required to compete in our Open Team events.

C.A.B.A. has 5 qualifying team championship qualifying divisions. 1.
Monthly - MetroPlex 2. Monthly - Roadrunner 3. Ray Hubbard weekly Monday night, 4. Tawakoni weekly Tuesday night, 5. Lavon weekly Thursday night. Individuals may compete in our monthly team tournament divisions (February through July), our weekly Monday night (Ray Hubbard), Tuesday night (Tawakoni) or Thursday night (Lavon) or our Fall/Winter Individual Trail. All C.A.B.A. tournaments are 90% payback - one place in five.  Our Fall/Winter Individual Trail has a separate championship and same great 90% payback - one place in five.

What a thrill it is to watch the Lord touch hearts and change lives through our financial giving. By becoming a member of C.A.B.A., you allow this non-profit ministry outreach to bless others by giving 10% from each of our Monthly team tournament entry fees to the non-profit organization to be blessed.

C.A.B.A. is a 501 (c)3 non-profit, faith ministry and all contributions, memberships and 10% of entry fees are tax deductible. We depend totally on sponsorship, donations and memberships to help offset our operational expenses. Financial support of this ministry is greatly appreciated.

Complete tournament information for all team and individual tournament opportunities is posted regularly as well as up to date information on new sponsors, special needs, C.A.B.A. business, classifieds, disclosure of financial giving, special tournaments, upcoming events, information on past events and much more!

We look forward to meeting new teams and new C.A.B.A. members each week and month. What a joy and privilege it is to see the fellowship and friendly competition that develops between teams. Your participation in this ministry outreach through the
"FUN" of fishing allows C.A.B.A. to reach out to a hurting world through our financial giving.

SO. WHO IS HE? HE IS JESUS!

The Greatest Man in History
Jesus had no servants, yet they called Him Master.
Had no degree, yet they called Him Teacher.
Had no medicines, yet they called Him Healer.
He had no army, yet kings feared Him..
He won no military battles, yet He conquered the world.
He committed no crime, yet they crucified Him.
He was buried in a tomb, yet He lives today.
I'm honored to serve such a Leader who loves us!

----------------------------------------------

When we awake in the morning, we never know where we will be that night.  We're not promised another breath, much less another day! All of us will spend eternity somewhere, what will be YOUR choice of destination?

Ask yourself this question. How would I live my life if I knew I had only 30 days to live?

Don't delay, begin your walk with Christ today
